Midwestern Roots
David Nuzbach is the Senior Mortgage Broker at Desert Rose Lending LLC. He has 13+ years of experience in mortgage financing. David has helped 1000's of customers attain the best possible financial situation. He has mentored 100's of Loan Officers to become financial professionals.
Dave was a businessman from a young age, as you can see here clearly by this picture. He was born to help clients and put people in the best possible financial situation.
Dave Attended the University of Iowa
Dave studied Finance and Political Science at the University of Iowa. After leaving Iowa City, Dave moved to Lincoln, Nebraska. He met his beautiful wife Erica and they have been together ever since.
Luckily for him, she decided to go on an adventure with him and move to Phoenix, Arizona. They have lived in Phoenix, Gilbert and now reside in Scottsdale. They love living in Arizona and don't plan on moving any time soon.
Mortgage Financing Education Started in 2009
Dave started out working in a mortgage call center for a major bank. He learned the basics of mortgage finance and how to help customers reach their financial goals.
Within a short time Dave mastered all of the mortgage products the bank offered. He focused on purchase because he loved educating customers and helping new homeowners buy their first home. He was so passionate that he was able to help more customers purchase a home than any other Loan Officer in a year. Receiving the honors of top Loan Officer out of 300+!
After a few years working at the bank, Dave decided it was time to move on and see what the world outside of the bank had to offer.
Leadership and Expertise
Dave left the banking world and went into the world of mortgage origination companies and mortgage servicers. He quickly became a top Loan Officer again and mastered the various mortgage products offered outside of a bank.
Dave was promoted to manager where he successfully mentored new Loan Officers and showed them how to help customers. He was then promoted to the next level. Dave had several teams of Loan Officers working for him where he mentored almost 100 Managers and Loan Officers.
All of this sounds great but something was missing...

He didn't fit in with the corporate culture of treating customers like numbers and not individual people. Helping people reach their financial goals is the primary goal! NOT just checking a box like at a big bank.
